Bangchak Corporation partnered with Rajamangala University of Technology Isan to develop Pongamia as a sustainable feedstock for aviation fuel.

Bangchak Corporation signed an MOU with Rajamangala University of Technology Isan to research and develop Pongamia cultivation using smart technology. This collaboration aims to establish a long-term, sustainable raw material supply for the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

The initiative strengthens Bangchak's position as a SAF producer by diversifying feedstock sources beyond used cooking oil, supporting Thailand's Net Zero targets, and fostering sustainable rural development.
