This initiative is part of the "Bangchak Creates Jobs, Builds Careers" project for communities near its Phra Khanong oil refinery.

The program, ongoing since 2023, aims to empower local residents with vocational skills and income opportunities, expanding this year to include technical trades like electrical work. It strengthens the local economy and promotes sustainable community growth.
