Bangchak Group, along with the Department of Excise and 18 other oil and logistics companies, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop an electronic data linkage system for oil and oil product volumes. This initiative aims to digitize excise tax collection and enhance regulatory oversight.

The collaboration is a significant step in public-private integration, moving from paper-based to electronic data. This will improve data accuracy, speed, and verifiability, supporting future carbon tax implementation and transparent supervision.
