BPP is undergoing a major strategic transformation, including an amalgamation with Banpu Public Company Limited and a partial divestment of its BKV-BPP Power LLC stake to BKV Corporation, aiming to establish a new Power+ pure-play platform. The company also reported a strong Q3/2025 profit of THB 1,161 million, primarily driven by its power plants in China.

This restructuring is designed to enhance BPP's financial flexibility, optimize capital efficiency, and position the company as a leader in utility-scale power and integrated businesses, enabling it to capitalize on rising global electricity demand and future large-scale investment opportunities.
