EGCO's US subsidiary increased its stake in Linden TopCo LLC, owner of the 980 MW Linden Cogen power plant, from 28% to 38%.

EGCO's wholly-owned US subsidiary, EGCO Linden II, LLC, acquired an additional 10% stake in Linden TopCo LLC, increasing its total ownership from 28% to 38%. Linden TopCo owns the 980 MW Linden Cogen natural gas-fired power plant in New Jersey, USA.

This investment is expected to immediately boost EGCO's dividend income and net profit, while also granting greater influence over key decisions, enhancing operational efficiency and cost management.
