EGCO has signed an agreement to divest a 49% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ban Pong Utility and Khlong Luang Utility, to J-POWER Holdings (Thailand). The transaction is expected to be completed by Q2 2069, pending regulatory approvals.
This strategic move aims to strengthen cooperation with J-POWER, a current joint venture partner, fostering business alignment and opening opportunities for new domestic and international projects. It also enhances EGCO's investment flexibility and long-term financial stability.
