Gulf Edge, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gulf Energy Development, acquired a 70% stake in GSA Data Center 03, with AIS DC Venture taking the remaining 30%. This strategic move aims to combine Gulf's power infrastructure expertise with AIS's telecommunications and data center operational experience.
