Indorama Ventures board approves up to $70 million in continuous financial assistance for related party Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited.

Indorama Ventures' board approved providing continuous financial assistance, up to $70 million, to its related company, Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited (IRSL), through a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or guarantee for up to 36 months.

This support will enable IRSL to secure long-term loans from financial institutions under favorable terms and maintain sufficient liquidity for its operations, despite challenging market conditions in the polyester fiber industry.
