E.ON Next and Kraken have partnered to introduce flexible demand management, or Residential Flex, for over 5 million E.ON energy customers across the UK. This initiative leverages Kraken's AI-powered platform to automate energy usage for low-carbon technologies like EVs and heat pumps.
This collaboration aims to significantly reduce customer energy bills and contribute to the UK's net-zero transition by optimizing energy consumption and balancing grid supply and demand. It builds on their previous successful migration of E.ON's billing systems to Kraken.
