The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) celebrated National Children's Day 2026 by opening its historical "MEA SPARK" museum as an educational venue and inviting youth from the Foundation for the Welfare of the Crippled. The event provided learning opportunities about Thailand's electricity history and distributed over 33,500 gifts to children across its service areas.

This initiative aligns with MEA's commitment as a state enterprise to human resource development and social responsibility, extending educational access and reducing social inequality beyond its primary role of efficient power distribution.
