The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is holding a major Songkran celebration at MEA SPARK, its Thai Electricity Museum, from April 3-5, 2026. The event includes a Meet & Greet with presenter Mikey Panithan Butkaew and free entry to learn about Thailand's first power plant.

This initiative aims to educate the public on the history of electricity and promote efficient energy use, while also preserving Thai traditions and engaging the community through cultural soft power.
