The National Innovation Agency (NIA), Mahidol University, and Praram 9 Hospital have jointly launched the SPEAR H Accelerator, a comprehensive platform designed to foster HealthTech startups and accelerate the adoption of medical innovations in Thailand.

This initiative aims to position Thailand as a regional Health Tech Innovation Hub by providing startups with funding, regulatory support, and real-world testing environments, thereby reducing reliance on imported medical technology and driving economic growth.
