The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) provided an update on the development of its solar power and microgrid system on Koh Si Chang. High-ranking officials, including the Principal Private Secretary to His Majesty the King and the Deputy Prime Minister, visited the site to monitor the project's advancement.

This project aims to enhance energy management efficiency and improve the reliability of the electricity system on the island, supporting the government's Carbon Neutrality policy. It also serves as a model for microgrid systems in the central region.
