The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) hosted a workshop in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, focusing on power quality assessment methods for electricity authorities from nine ASEAN member countries. The event facilitated the exchange of knowledge, technology, and experiences related to managing power quality issues arising from increased renewable energy integration and distributed energy resources.

This initiative aligns with PEA's organizational strategy to develop smart grids and enhance grid modernization and visibility. It aims to equip personnel to efficiently manage electricity systems amidst the evolving energy structure and the growing integration of distributed power generation sources.
