Plugit Finland Oy has acquired Green Stop Sweden AB, including its heavy-duty EV charging station in Klevshult and a portfolio of secured sites for future development. This move significantly accelerates Plugit's expansion into the Swedish market, complementing its strategy to build a cross-border charging network.

The acquisition strengthens Plugit's position in Nordic heavy-duty EV charging, supporting the electrification of long-haul logistics and professional fleets. It also allows Green Stop Energy Group to focus entirely on renewable energy projects like solar parks and battery storage.
