PTT Oil and Retail Business's wholly-owned subsidiary, Modulus Venture, acquired a 55.41% stake in Thai Pipeline Network (TPN) for up to 2.2 billion baht and approved a loan guarantee for TPN worth up to 6.203 billion baht.
