Minority Shareholders Watch Group
The Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG) is a non-profit organization in Malaysia dedicated to promoting good corporate governance and protecting the interests of minority shareholders in public listed companies.
Established by the Malaysian government and funded by capital market institutions, MSWG operates as an independent body focused on corporate governance advocacy.
