Yunneng Windpower Co., Ltd. is a joint venture owned by a consortium of international and Japanese companies. Key shareholders include Global Infrastructure Partners (which acquired wpd's offshore wind business), EGCO Group (Thailand), Sojitz Corporation (Japan), and other Japanese utilities.
